Your restoring journey Starts Today.

Let’s walk through this together.

I didn’t think it would be this hard...

Does this sound familiar to you?

“I’m so overwhelmed. I’m too busy to even take a breath.

It’s so hard to stay patient and calm because I have too much in my head.”

So often our lives are crowded, overfull and overwhelming, and in turn block us from being able to find fulfillment.

The weight of stress hangs on all kinds of people: kids, adolescents, teens, young adults, couples, families, and the list goes on.

How many times do we say yes when we really mean no? Or even say no but terrorize ourselves about it?

How about losing sleep to anxious thoughts, never-ending to do lists, or replaying old situations and conversations? There is hope; there can be change.

"Healing is the restoration of what has been." – John Lake

Finding someone to truly see and hear us is often where we find healing.

In doing this, we can restore hope in the future, realign with the values and desires we hold most dear, and connect more deeply and more meaningfully with those around us.

It’s my hope to help you along the way to feeling restored to yourself, your family, and your life. Let’s talk.

You already have what it takes.

Start right where you are.

Hi, I’m Valorie.

I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for help, talking to a stranger about sensitive subjects… sounds scary right?

Let me take some of the edge off.

Often times, clients come in with a specific issue that they’re facing, such as Postpartum Depression or Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress disorders, anxiety of every flavor, and relationship issues.

Other times, clients come in with no earthly clue why they are there, but are in such need of a safe space to *just breathe* talk, deal with, process their own thoughts, feelings, actions, or those of other people that affect them.

I provide you, your relationship, your family, your dreams and your hurting heart with a place to work through those things.

In our time together, I will give you space to let it out, to cry without judgment, to rant about stressors; to quietly or loudly work through “that thing” that is nagging at you.

It’s my goal to give you the space you need to feel what you feel, work through those negative thoughts, and breathe through difficult memories.
